Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Leadoff (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and physically present in a jurisdiction where sports wagering content is legal to access. By using Leadoff you represent that you meet these requirements. We may at our discretion verify your age and location and terminate accounts that do not.

3. Nature of the Service

Leadoff provides analytical content, statistics, and opinions related to MLB games — most notably "NRFI" (No Runs First Inning) probability modeling. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers. We do not guarantee any outcome and we do not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice.

4. Subscriptions

Paid access to Leadoff is offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method at the interval and price displayed at checkout until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial periods.

5. No Guarantees

Past performance of any model, pick, prediction, or analysis is not a guarantee of future results. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. You bear all risk of any decisions you make based on Leadoff content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish Leadoff content without written permission.
• Scrape, automate, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any third party.
• Share your subscription credentials with anyone else.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Leadoff — including the model, picks, copy, design, code, and brand — is the property of the operator of Leadoff and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Service for your own use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadoff and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of money wagered, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will note the "Last updated" date above when we change anything material.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your home state], United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [your home state].
