The short version
No refunds.Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again.
Why no refunds
Leadoff is an information service. The moment you subscribe and receive a single morning digest, the value has been delivered. We can't un-send it. Refunding after picks have been received would be unfair to other subscribers and would invite abuse.
How to cancel
You can cancel any active subscription:
- From the customer portal link in any of our emails, or
- By emailing support@leadoffmlb.com from the address on file.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current period. You retain access for the rest of the period you've already paid for.
Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in cases of:
- A duplicate charge.
- A documented service outage that prevented you from receiving picks.
- An accidental signup that you contact us about within 24 hours, before any picks have been received.

Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer rather than contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We'd much rather hear from you directly — just email us.
